202 Park Ridge Road is a strategically located 40 lot residential subdivision development project within Logan's rapidly expanding growth corridor.

Petrie is engaged as Development Manager, leading the planning, design and approval strategy to unlock the site's development potential and maximise value for our client.

A key component of our engagement has been the work undertaken by Petrie's in-house design team, which prepared and tested numerous subdivision layouts to optimise yield, connectivity, lot diversity and overall project feasibility. Through proactive engagement with Logan City Council, we have refined the development strategy and gained in principle support for the development from Council.

Petrie provides our client with a fully integrated development management service from concept through to completion.
