375 Park Ridge Road is a 22-lot residential subdivision located in the heart of Park Ridge, one of Logan's fastest-growing residential communities. Petrie was engaged as Development Manager during the final stages of the development application process, bringing our expertise in development approvals, stakeholder management and project delivery to help navigate several complex matters required to secure the approval. Working closely with the project consultant team and Logan City Council, we have played a key role in negotiating and finalising an Infrastructure Agreement and coordinating land resumption requirements and valuations, ensuring the project can progress with a clear pathway towards delivery.

With the development application now approaching completion, Petrie is leading the project's transition from approvals into implementation. Our role extends across the full development lifecycle, including operational works approvals, consultant and authority coordination, civil construction procurement, contract administration, infrastructure delivery, plan sealing and title registration. By providing end-to-end development management services, we ensure every stage of the process is strategically managed, delivering certainty, reducing risk and maximising value for our client.

Once completed, the project will contribute much-needed housing supply to the rapidly expanding Park Ridge growth corridor while creating a high-quality residential community for future residents.
