Pace Park

A public park project for a master planned land subdivision in Ipswich, Queensland.

Pace Park is the community hub for the master planned land subdivision, Rosewood Green. We were engaged to manage the design and delivery of this park. We were heavily involved in the design and our proud of the thoughtfully designed layout that is suitable for a range of ages and abilities. The exceptional outcome of Pace Park is a testament to the attention to detail and meticulous efforts by our project team. We were the Project Managers tasked with managing the construction and were appointed Construction Superintendent for its delivery.
