Petrie has been engaged to design and project manage a new 21 apartment residential project in The Range, Rockhampton.

Petrie are leading the delivery of a contemporary 21-apartment development in Rockhampton. Our team has provided end-to-end development management services, guiding the project from early feasibility through to its current stage of preparing the Development Application (DA).

On the development management side, we have provided the developer overall project advisory services and due diligence, coordinated consultant engagement, prepared feasibility studies, and managed all authority and stakeholder interactions. Our role has been to manage the project whilst keeping financially viability front of mind, as well as ensure it is strategically positioned, and aligned with market expectations.

Through Petrie Architects, we have designed a high-quality residential scheme that responds sensitively to the site and its surrounds while maximising amenity, liveability, and long-term value. The design balances contemporary aesthetics with practical layouts, natural light, and efficient circulation, creating a building that enhances the urban fabric and lifestyle of Rockhampton. The site presented a range of challenging parameters that had to be addressed including the challenging slope, rubbish truck access & manoeuvring as well as avoiding existing services transversing the site. We are immensely proud of our design which has been designed with a focus on its constructibility to avoid future value engineering which is common in apartment projects.

This project is now being finalised for submission to council for Development Approval, marking an important milestone in its delivery journey.
