Petrie have been engaged to manage the development of a new apartment development in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.

Petrie has been appointed as Development Manager for a new apartment project that will deliver high-quality residential living to the market. Our role encompasses the full lifecycle of the development, from acquisition through to completion, ensuring a coordinated and commercially sound outcome for the developer.

At the outset, our team assisted with the property acquisition, providing detailed advisory and due diligence services to assess the site’s potential and guide the purchase. We are now leading the design management process, working closely with consultants and stakeholders to prepare and lodge the Development Application. This stage will establish the foundation for a successful approval and a well-resolved design response.

Looking ahead, Petrie will continue to manage every aspect of delivery, including construction, sales and marketing, and final handover. By combining development management expertise with strong design oversight, we are ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, meets market expectations, and achieves long-term value for the developer and end users.
