Fairneyview is a 39-lot residential land subdivision in Fernvale that demonstrates Petrie's ability to identify, acquire, plan and deliver successful land development projects from inception through to completion. The opportunity originated through our site acquisition services, with Petrie identifying and presenting the site to one of our valued development clients, who subsequently acquired the property. Following acquisition, Petrie have been engaged as Development Manager, providing strategic leadership across all stages of the project and ensuring the development's commercial, planning and delivery objectives are achieved.

A key component of the project was undertaken by our in-house design team, who prepared and tested multiple subdivision layouts to optimise yield, development efficiency and market outcomes. Drawing on our extensive experience in residential land subdivisions, these design iterations enabled detailed feasibility analysis to be completed at an early stage, providing confidence in the project's viability prior to progressing now to approvals.

As Development Manager, Petrie will oversee the full development lifecycle, including development approvals, operational works approvals, consultant and authority coordination, construction management, infrastructure delivery, plan sealing and title registration. This integrated approach ensures seamless project delivery while maximising value for our client and creating a high-quality residential community for future residents.
