Oakview Heights

A 48 lot land subdivision project in Beaudesert.

Oakview Heights is a 48 lot residential land subdivision set in Beaudesert at the heart of the Scenic Rim. Oakview Heights offers families a chance to build their own Great Australian Dream - a detached home, a backyard for the kids, and room to grow, connect and belong.

Here, life moves a little slower, neighbours become friends, and weekends are shaped by time spent together exploring rather than in traffic.

Petrie have been engaged to assist the developer in a range of development activities.
