50 lot land subdivision project in Walloon, Ipswich.

Taylors Road is a proposed residential land subdivision of approximately 50 lots that is currently progressing through the development application phase. Petrie is engaged as Development Manager, providing strategic direction and coordinating the planning, design and approval process to position the project for successful delivery. Located within a growing residential corridor, the development has been carefully planned to create a high-quality neighbourhood that responds to local demand, delivers attractive homesites and contributes positively to the surrounding community.

As part of the project's early planning, our in-house design team prepared and tested multiple subdivision concepts to optimise yield, lot diversity, infrastructure efficiency and overall development outcomes. Drawing on our extensive experience in residential land development, these design options enabled detailed feasibility modelling to be undertaken, providing the client with confidence in the project's commercial viability and preferred development strategy.

Following approval, Petrie will continue to lead the project through operational works approvals, consultant and authority coordination, construction procurement and management, plan sealing and title registration, providing comprehensive development management services from approval through to project completion.
