Hoya Road is a boutique 16-lot residential land subdivision in Boonah that highlights Petrie's ability to add value from the earliest stages of the development process. Prior to acquisition, Petrie was engaged to undertake detailed due diligence, development investigation and feasibility analysis, providing the developer with a comprehensive understanding of the site's opportunities, constraints and commercial potential. This work enabled informed acquisition decisions and established a clear pathway for the successful delivery of the project within the growing Scenic Rim region.

Following acquisition, Petrie was appointed as Development Manager and continues to lead the project through the planning and delivery phases. We are currently managing the operational works approval process and preparing to commence the civil construction tendering phase. Our role extends across the full development lifecycle, including consultant coordination, authority approvals, construction procurement and management, infrastructure delivery, compliance management, plan sealing and title registration.

By providing end-to-end development management services, Petrie ensures a seamless transition from raw land to a completed residential community while maximising value and minimising risk for our client.
